- Time: refund requests must be received within 21 days of purchase date.
- Product condition: if the product is “like new”, you may return for full refund of purchase price (only). Only products purchased from this store may be returned. If you bought it from another seller, such as Amazon, please contact that seller.
- Charges: there are no restocking fees, purchaser pays return shipping for “like new” returns
- Damaged/defective goods: if your product arrived with bent cover, stuck pages, incomplete, or incorrect contents you are entitled to an immediate replacement
- Method of refund: without exception, refunds will be made in kind to the exact method of payment (PayPal or credit card). Alternately, you may request store credit and your next order ships free of charge.
